Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Foodi mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Foodi Inc. (“Foodi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.


1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Foodi. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.


2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

Foodi may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the community or the Service.


3. User-Generated Content

Foodi allows users to create, post, upload, and share content, including text, photos, videos, ratings, reviews, comments, and messages (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content. By posting content on Foodi, you grant Foodi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, host, store, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit.


4. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content

Foodi is a community-driven platform. You agree to use the Service responsibly and respectfully.

You may not post, upload, transmit, or share any content that:

  • Is unlawful, illegal, or promotes illegal activities
  • Is hateful, discriminatory, or abusive based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
  • Harasses, threatens, bullies, or intimidates others
  • Contains sexually explicit material, pornography, or sexual exploitation
  • Promotes violence, self-harm, or dangerous behavior
  • Is defamatory, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive
  • Infringes on intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
  • Contains spam, scams, or malicious code

Foodi has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.


5. Content Moderation & Enforcement

Foodi reserves the right, but is not obligated, to review, monitor, remove, restrict access to, or disable any User Content at any time and for any reason, including violations of these Terms.

Foodi may suspend or permanently terminate user accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in abusive or harmful behavior
  • Repeatedly post objectionable content
  • Pose a risk to other users or the integrity of the Service

Foodi may cooperate with law enforcement or comply with legal requests where required by law.


6. Reporting Violations

Users may report objectionable content or abusive behavior through in-app reporting features or by contacting us at:

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, branding, logos, software, and features, is owned by Foodi and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Service without our prior written consent.


8. Third-Party Services

Foodi may integrate or link to third-party services, such as location providers, maps, or authentication services. Foodi is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.


9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through in-app settings.

Foodi may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.


10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Foodi makes no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or reliability of content or features.

Foodi does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content, restaurant information, ratings, or recommendations.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foodi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service.


12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
